All things are changing

To live my own life, as well as to live with a life in photography, I think that one ought to recognize the Japanese identity if you are born in there, for what people have built in long years of the cultural heritage and the spirit. On the other hand, I believe that one must not indulge in making a noise about the greatness or beauty of mother-country. My living life should be with a happiness by my own thought and imagination, not by the governmental interference. (-We must need a heck of pride for being a national soccer team player if we want to win the FIFA world cup though!)

The best thing I was born in Japan is that I knew a thing; the changing colors of four seasons, along with varied landscapes of earth and nature, in different climates. Fortunately I have experienced to see some other foreign countries, Japan is only one to recognize the four season separately. Happy to be here! (-Of course, once you have experienced tropical nights in summer and freezing bones in winter, it becomes natural that people start thinking of exiling to a heaven Hawaii or else, doesn't it?)

Recently I start thinking of this. It is nice to know that we see all changing things of beautiful seasons in nature, but there is no "change" in nature, if we think it with a point of view from nature. Nature is, from past to future, in an endless cycle of life. Simply, that is the truth, or the truth is that the "change" is in ourselves. Nowadays, nature can be beautiful or ugly; magnificent or monstrous. Different strokes for different folks! I rather say, all changing things are about human nature.

What is the nature of myself, in nature? Through the mirror of lens inside of my camera, my eyes contact with her. In these years, I've got a habit of closing my eyes when I release the shutter. Somehow, my heart is released in a way. With my own landscapes, I have studied myself in calmness, and also changing things in life. My photograph is at somewhere without any man around. What I felt there becomes nature, country, and changing things of myself.
